Dear SPEC Members and Friends

Just an update on what is happening. We have managed to resolve the technical glitch in our website after some merry-go-round. This means we can now do job postings on our website under the JobCentre Jobs link as part of SPEC’s services. If you have visited the SPEC website recently you would have seen these job postings.

Please contact the companies directly if you and your friends are interested in these jobs. But do us a favour, please mention that you have seen the job posting at SPEC website when you respond to the job postings.

If your company or you know of companies wanting to post their available jobs (both permanent and interim management) at the SPEC website, please ask their HR Directors to contact me at huapc@spec.org.sg or 6221 0229 for further details.

Two other matters you may want to take note. Several months ago we sent out an invitation asking members to register with SPEC’s interim management register. So far, we only have 30 responses. If you somehow missed the earlier invitation, please call Ms Emmy Guo at 6221 0229 to email a form to you.

Finally, we are also appealing to SPEC members who are interested to work through SPEC on projects related to Job Centre activities on a revenue-sharing basis. Please do contact me.

Yours sincerely

Pak Cheong
