It also has a Corporate HR Services Division that provides a whole range of HR advisory services that include training and development for its clients.
As part of its expansion plan, it is looking for self-starters to be part of its business development team to meet the challenge.
Purpose of the Job
Development of new SME accounts and servicing of existing accounts
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- To generate business leads from traditional as well as new and other sources
- To plan telemarketing schedule for making appointments for business development calls
- To make business development calls according to prescribed procedures and method
- To get prospect to sign up for GloPerformance’s consulting services and packages
Requirements
Candidates must be Singapore citizens or Singapore PRs and meet the following requirements:
- Minimum diploma in business studies/administration
- Good command of spoken English and Mandarin as well as written English
- Computer proficiency especially in the use of Microsoft Office suite of software
- Awareness of commercial and economic issues that impact SMEs operating in Singapore
- Personal efficiency and self-organizational skills
- Self-discipline and ability to work independently
- Ability to set targets and work towards meeting them
- Flexible and adaptable
- Entrepreneurial mindset instead of employee mindset
- Highly self-motivated
