All Events Group’s conference division is seeking in hungry, self motivated individuals
who have the mental toughness and drive to succeed in a fast paced corporate culture.
Sales experience in the conference industry is definitely a plus. We are looking for positive
and forward thinking candidates that are willing to adopt the aggressive but highly proven
sales process and take advantage of the need for firms/companies to acquire new clients
in this economy.
Job Purpose
- To maintain existing and develop new customer relationships
- To achieve revenue and profit targets
- To lead, manage and drive through the successful planning and execution of the entire
lifecycle of each event assigned
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- Drive through the achievement of sales revenue/profit targets
- Continue to build strong relationships with current and potential clients both pre and post event
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure the achievement of revenue
targets for each event
- Continually monitor and research the market
- Identify and attend competitive events where appropriate
- Completion of weekly sales reports and daily updates of the event pipelines
Minimum Education Level Required
- Diploma or above
Requirements
- Must be Singaporean / PR / current E-Pass holder and/or Dependent Pass holders
- Excellent spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Commercial awareness
- Attention to details
- Responsible and meticulous
- Good organizational skills
- Able to work in a dynamic team
- Flexible & adaptable
- Self-motivated
Work Experience
- 1-2 years in a business to business sales environment preferred
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
