Rules and regulations

1.   Participants must be citizens or permanent residents of Singapore aged 18 and above.  Families and/or Staff of SPEC are not eligible to participate in this contest.

2.    When submitting their entry for this contest, participants will have to provide their personal particulars to be eligible.

3.    Each participant is allowed to submit one entry only. The checking will be based on Singapore NRIC number. All duplicate entries will be removed.

4.     The contest will close on 31 August 2007.

5.     Late or incomplete entries will be disqualified.

6.     The first 10 winners with the correct answer will be rewarded an exclusive prize.

7.   Winners will be notified by email. The results will be posted on SPEC’s website.           www.spec.org.sg

8.     The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

9.     The organiser is not responsible for any computer software or communication failure.

10.  All prizes must be collected within 60 days from date of results. Prizes which are not collected will be donated to charity.
