SPEC has organised a contest especially for You! You are special to SPEC and we hope you find our services beneficial. This month, we have a contest for all Singaporeans and Permanent Residents residing in Singapore. Answer a few easy questions and the first 10 winners will be rewarded with exclusive prizes.
