To strive for connectivity with its members towards
enhancing and enriching social capital which is vital for the progress and
prosperity of their families, the workplace and the country.
SPEC is a
not-for-profit body that helps to connect employers with jobseekers. The typical
problems encountered by these groups of people include financial difficulties,
stress, depression and family breakdown. To go from a situation of relative
financial security to the prospect of never finding a job is very traumatic.
Hence, SPEC is here to assist professionals to get back into the job market with
gainful employment. SPEC strives to attain its objectives, as listed
below, by the many services that it provides for its members.
