Workshops at SPEC are usually conducted in the Training rooms managed by SHRI/SPEC.
 
SPEC also offers management consultancy for organizations.
Management consultancy work is usually carried at the clients' premises.
 
Management consultancy is undertaken on aspects of business management such as People management, Planning, Performance, etc. and includes the following topics.
  • Business strategy and directions
  • Blanced Score Card, a performance management system
  • Techniques of budget preparation
  • Customer Service and Communication Skills
  • Problem Solving and Decision Making
  • Handling difficult customers
  • Understanding Finance for operation management
  • Internal controls and compliance
 
We have conducted few of the above training during the year 2007 for MNC and SME organizations.
 
SPEC members are offered the opportunity of offsite consultancy if they are willing and capable of doing it.
